We roast all orders weekly with an order cutoff at 11 AM Central Time on Tuesdays. All orders are shipped by Friday. Please place your order before 11 AM Tuesday to be included in the weekly roast schedule. *Occasionally we will ship leftover coffee from the previous week, so the roast date will be up to ~2 weeks. Example: An order is placed on a Wednesday (after the Tuesday 11am cut off): It will be roasted on Tuesday the following week and shipped by Friday.
